Is the manager a liar? My daughters purse was stolen and he would not look at the tapes.He was very unprofessional and was no help at all.

In the unlikely event that the manager really was unable to view the cameras (sometimes footage is reserved for only the main managers) the footage would have been available at a later time.... At least, I would imagine that would be the case.

File a police report then they can watch the tapes.
