This McDonald's in particular has no idea what consistency is. Get ice coffee almost every morning And they make it differently everyday. On top of that whenever I used to order food from them I would get a cheeseburger only Ketchup I went home to find out I got 2 buns and ketchup no meat. Was charged for a Hamburger as well. Then when it comes down to them actually putting the wrong toppings on a cheeseburger catch up only I was told I'm sorry we have a Bunch of high school kids working here. I don't see what that has to do with anything they have descriptions on how to make a sandwich above the workstations and should be trained properly before put on the line. This is my local McDonald's but honestly if I want anything to taste good from McDonald's I have to go towards suncoastand 54 or Rowan and 54. I have called corporate multiple times they did nothing to fix the issue. Every single person in there needs to be fired and have a new crew rehired or new owners.
I have had a simular issue. When there is younger employees that show no respect by all means report it.
I find that complaint about the McDonald's shocking! I live behind there and I am in at least 6 times a week. Whether the drive true or going inside and have never had an issue. Like ed the last comment they ask you to call right on the receipt, but that totally defeats the idea of "fast food".
I was there for the 2 for $4.00 breakfast sandwich special and the attendant wasn't aware of it and said they only have 2 for $5.00 special. I suspect she was new and untrained.
Guess they figured, hey were McDonald's we can do what we want! What's going to happen? We gonna go out of business?? But if I were you I'd report it. Something similar Happened to me at Wawas now I didn't have to report because he did it and the whole store heard and it was the 2days before Thanksgiving anyway the employee was fired and i was sent a $40 wawa card so, DEFINITELY REPORT IT! Don't allow him to get away with it.
Guess they don't need the publics support if they allow that.
