I have a Lap Top computor that was passed down to me by my Grand daughter. Everything has to be erased on it and started new with office. Can I bring into store to get this done?

Yes they will offer you something called Total Tech support it's worth it as it cost the same as doing the service you are asking about. I would recommend getting it it's for 1 year and then don't renew it unless you need it
