I used to go here a lot. Not any more. Most everybody have always been super friendly and seem happy to help. However there is a manager (so she said she was) who works afternoons on the weekends at least, and she's without a doubt the worst

Very rude managers and employees. They close and don't have a sign in the window. Have homeless people around bothering you for food or money

Every manager has a manager. Managers of all people shouldn't be rude to paying customers. No matter what the situation is , it should be done with smile, and politeness. Even if it's telling someone off.
