Yes we do. Freshly shucked at our clam bar then we hand bread them and fry them up. It’s called Fried Whole Belly Clams.
I haven't seen whole belly clams here... just the clam strips. Which are delicious- I never had anything bad here. The only place on LI that I've seen the NE style whole bellys is Bigelows in Rockville Center.
