Why is it that that the past 3 times I ordered xtra crispy fries, I get soggier fries then the regular ones after waiting for them? Do they double dip the fries in oil and make them extra soggy? Sometimes, I do get crispy fries. Train employees?

Ask for no salt. They have to make fresh ones if you do.

Not always no salt fries are cooked to order..throw back in fryer to take salt off.ive seen it done
