I didn't see any spots that had grassy areas included with them. There is virtually no place to park near the showers, laundry, or pool. You must walk from your site to use the facilities. They should convert a couple of the rv spaces up front to parking spaces, in my opinion. The staff is nice, and the park is conveniently located. The price per night is fair. They do seem to allow a certain number of long termers in the park that seemed to be kind of iffy, if you get my drift. We will stay again, however.
The site's are paved, but there are only a limited amount of spots with grass. Overall it's a nice quiet park, and the staff is super helpful.
