I am trying to locate my birth parents. My sister and I were adopted back in 1956. My birth name was Mary Emelinda Almanza and my sister's name was Erlinda Magdeline Almanza. What steps do I need to take to locate birth parents

You can print the application and mail it, fax, email or come in person to drop it off. You must have all documents needed when you turn your application in. You can turn your application in at any of the seven community centers.
