Dr Runyan does all she can for patients without healthcare insurance, including giving out samples instead of writing prescriptions, where possible. As far as cost, as with all services, it depends on the scope, but SAMC is very competitive with all local health providers.
I'm not sure how to answer your questions about the price. Your health care is one of the most important things you should consider. I have been going to dr. Runyan since she took over my previous practice dr. David Carter. Most of my family and some of my friends go to her and are also satisfied. Many years ago before I had health insurance they used to have a separate charge for private pay. However, I cannot speak for the present practice of fees. If that is your present situation I would say it wouldn't hurt to ask hope this helps.
