She can jump at anytime after 9pm is when the lights go out though for a different event
On a less busy hours be better for you to take her and have more relax and fun time. Call ahead of time and ask the crew, they always helpful.
If you can, go during school hours. Plenty for young kids to do here.
As long as you are supervising her she should be ok. I would go in the morning on a weekday when it's less likely to be crowded.
