If you reside in Philadelphia you have to go to the SSA Card Center on JFK Blvd. If you live outside the city you can go to your local office. Bring another form of ID, such as a driver's license, and they will help you through the rest of the process. You can also request a replacement online, but it takes 7 to 10 days to get the card in the mail.

Same answer as above. Going there takes hours of time but the phone prompts will guide you quicker yet snail mail. If you're not in Philly and can go to the suburbs place I recommend afternoon towards the end of the week. Never go the first week of any month!!!

Try this link might not have to go anywhere the ss card will come to u. Also something cool to know u cant get upto 10 total replacements in a lifetime. Also if u suspect potential identity theft as a result of the loss of ur ss have to go to ss office with a police report n follow the process for a new ss# or else try the link super easy.. https://www.ssa.gov/myaccount/ ||•js||
