I'm adamantly opposed to changing the name of the Dixie Classic. This non issue is being pushed by a handful of activists and the cowardly city council.
It's offensive to a large number of people. They want it changed the same reason you don't want it changed
I agree100% with Kevin remarks. Its a few. That's what's wrong with everything today. It's caused by a few and the ones that don't want it changed. Don't stand up for what THEY believe in. It's not right. But our government is corrupt.
This is ridiculous!! Why after all these years would you even consider changing the name because a few select people who have nothing better to do than start some drama over the name of our fair! Unbelievable!
