I have tried to contact the Way2Go program. I have never received a payment card and I have funds pending on this card that I was told that was the only way I can receive my child support. This card they said was sent in 2018 but I have never seen one and I have apaymment on my account since May 2021. i need help getting the card or money but can't get a live person at way2go.
You have to go.to the new Family Court building to pay it
