You'll need to arrive early Wednesday before 5 p.m. for a Thursday and introduce yourself so to rent a space among other venders. Pay at that time or simply go on any other random weekday and pay at the office. Also go online to see if there is a site for Q and A. Good luck.
You can either go Wednesday between 3:00-5:00pm to reserve a spot for Thursday or you can get one Thursday morning early.
