What time does general parking lot E open for the winter classic and do you need a parking pass beforehand

When u go there there's a booth. Idk the cost. I believe 930 am it opens. U can call and ask if anytning

I dont know but if you are coming from long island park by marina so you can get out faster. The parking lots are at a standstill for a long time
