Nothing in NY is ever free,

For the blood drive it will probably be free, but their instructions are: "All participants can park in Lot G on 126th Street. Walk in donors are welcome from 10:00am-5:00pm at the Foxwoods Club on the 5th level - Use the Hodges VIP Entrance to the venue."
