If I ride the path from Hoboken NJ is this where it comes to? Then if so how far a walk is it to 777 8th avenue visitor center. Or do we need other transportation? Thanks. Coming for a day trip don't want to waste all day being lost.

Best to walk next door to the 34th St - Herald Square Station and catch the N, R or W train to the 49th Street Station. Then you will need to walk one block west. Otherwise take a cab from 33rd St.
