Went to Newark Dmv on Monday. Got there at 7:20 and already had a line but the line wasn't long when I arrived. Would still recommend u going before 7:30. No appointment is needed for inspections. Lines are really fast there as well so the u will be in and out. When they opened i was in and out in about 10 mins if so much.
I go to DMV in Newark, no appointment needed and they are pretty fast. They have 5 service stalls so the line moves. I recommend you go early to any DMV and plan to be there a while - as far as indoor services.
