Had the same experience when I chose to visit this location as well, which resulted in never to return. We drive some distance outside of this location to ensure great customer service is the experience.
Management is poor. Increasingly indifferent and unprofessional. When one calls for the manager to attempt resolution, they never come to the phone and never return calls. Even when I say I'm calling to avoid posting a bad review, they simply don't care. Atrocious mannerisms. Amongst many other things, when one places an order online and the item one ordered is out (they're horrible with managing inventory), they swap out for something else but for something with a lower cost. Meaning, some items cost extra when ordering. When they swap out to something with no added cost, they never modify the credit. They keep the same cost for the extra item. Then one has to get delayed by pleading with them and they never do make the adjustment. This happens frequently.
