Why is it that Everytime I visit fire house subs in largo mall l, the general manager disrespects there employee's

I've never seen this but if I did I would say something. I was a manager of 2 stores in VA and I do see somethings different than we did but each store is individually owned even though things are supposed to be done by corporate standard owners do have a tendency to change small things.

I do not see anything going on why was there for lunch the management must be on break or he stepped out

I hope you said something to the manager, a higher position does not mean, lacking in respect of others!
