Not for free, just a slight difference in prices as for books its better to get the stamp
Not sure about the Ladson fair but my sister got in free with her military ID at the State Fair in Columbia... I think you got today only (Wednesday) to get the stamp for the rides at like Walgreens or one of those places that sell them beforehand and I believe my husband paid $25 for it.
It's much cheaper with military ID. The stamp is a better deal than the book. I believe the stamp is only $20.
