Can you sell me a gun without any paper work just asking really be nice to.
You're welcome to come here for more information about the requirements, but I think it's a great idea to get more information about the laws that pertain to firearms from an official NJ Government website
There are quite a few requirements and permits you will need in order to purchase a firearm in NJ. For that reason, we offer a “How to be a Responsible Firearm Owner” class for FREE every Tuesday night from 5PM-6PM at each of our store locations. Registration is not required. We accept walk ins for this class. Thank you!
If you want a long gun you need a Firearms identification card and if you want a handgun you need both a Firearms identification card and a pistol permit. Even to buy ammo you would need a Firearms identification card. There are all of laws on the state police website. If you acquire a gun and a law changes (you will not be notified so just check up on bills within the state or know someone that keeps up with those bills) you must make sure you gun remains in compliance with the laws to stay a legal gun owner (even if you don't like the laws. No one will look to see if your guns are in compliance but if the police find out you will be made a felon which really sucks). You also need to get your application(s) to apply for a Firearms identification and a pistol permit at your local police department. Many laws and rules but doable. This is just to own firearms and with this you can go to the range and shoot and/or keep them home for home protection. Again read the laws for all that.
