If you want action taken then go to the McDonald's website and submit a complaint there. That goes to a corporate switch board and even if it a franchise they would have to address the complaint and action taken by to the corporate office. At least that how it worked when i was a manager for R&W at the stores along I-95. Don't call the store, the same people who gave you bad service will just continue to ignore it.
This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, and that is saying something. You could be the only car in line and you'll end up waiting over half an hour. Food is wrong and cold. Drink orders are wrong. Staff doesn't care and they zone out. Fire staff and management and start over. Completely worthless.
Four times in a row they've screwed up my order. Order anything double or triple, you'll only get one patty. They always forget to put everything you order in your bag. This Mcdonalds is the worst.
The one on Skidaway is worse now. Employees are so underpaid they don't care if your order is correct or given in a timely manner. If you let them know about their mistake they give you the stink eye and snarl at you. Come on McDonald's pay your people and maybe we can avoid using the robots that will replace these unhappy employees and when the customers get their order correct 99% and under 2 minutes every time albeit with a fake smile what will we complain about then?
I called corporate. We got to the one on skidaway.
