I have a rm125 not to sure what year, kind of boggy on the lower end of rpms, and won’t idle.. played with the gas switch and barely turned it on and it ran a little better, it sounds like it’s getting a little to much gas, what could be my issue?

The guy told me 32-1 when I bought the bike about a week ago it seems to smoke a little more what fuel should I run?
