You will have to contact the company that carries your extended warranty and tell them that you wish to cancel it. They may have paperwork for you to sign stating that you are cancelling the policy so do and some don't.
There are instructions on how to cancel in the package. Pretty sure your salesman will direct you to the company since it is a third-party
