Why can't you ever get an answer on the phone. They just ring n ring. You can never get customer service so why have them at all? Swainsboro Wal-Mart really needs to be overhauled as far as their management n customer service

I agree with you about calling them, if they answer they put you on hold to transfer the call and you hold so long, you hang up. I have 3 numbers, the tire Center, pharmacy, and main.

The employees seem to be there for conversation with family and friands not for the good of the customers
