Domestic travel do not require covid test results... I travelled via allegiant and didn't require one. But international travels may have such requirements
Traveling to Puerto Rico in June, I had to upload vaccination card. I want to say this was due to traveling to Puerto Rico. Other than wearing masks, United asked for no other information to fly.
