They cut them to order ! You will need to ask because they don't leave in the case . Best IV ever eaten
We have boneless ribeyes, t-bones, and sirloin steaks. You won't see them in the retail case out front because we like to cut them fresh for the customer. Just tell us what you want and how thick you want it cut and we'll get it for you.
