Guys/gals instead of spreading unsubstantiated rumors, do your due diligence and read the reports. Dhec posts all inspections online for the public to see. Once you read them, you may notice a huge amount of nit picking. Ex. Hand washing water was 76 instead of 100 degrees. Changing your glove and washing your hands every single time you crack an egg. (Think about that one for a second)
Yes. But, we have eaten there several times and always fresh, clean and well prepared.
The closure was had nothing to so with bad food or filth. It was a lot of little small things. Water for hand washing not at proper temp. Labels not being written in english and spanish. They got fined for a can of redbull on the counter.. the owner has offered to allow anyone to tour the kitchen. Great food. Awsome service. And new health inspector nit picking every detail.
Heard it was a 14, my husband picks us up food there a good bit. Should i be nervous?
Yes and I believe that there is a new inspector flexing her muscles!
Yes it is.
I have not been there since closing the first time, but a friend said over 20 lbs of uncooked food was pulled out from below the cooktops and raw chicken was near their area of fresh veggies... Creating cross contamination. But i have not seen it to confirm this.
Yes, they are back open.
Yes they kept getting a low score.
