Curious? What type of training for customer service does Walmart provide it's employees. This store overall has the same poor customer service from the door to the fitting room to the register.

These people are anything.but polite. I tried to ask someone to call someone to sporting goods for me she acted like she couldn't be bothered with such a mundane task. The next person I talked to actually did it with some rather elaborate eye rolling and great gasps of long suffering. This stores employees all need to be fired and a new crew brought in. This level of unprofessionalism makes me sick

None. As a former employee of walmart; they expect you to have customer service and ppl skills when they hire you. However, when you have managers with no experience hiring and mistreating employees it contributes to the problem.

Unfortunately even if their training is adequate, they are usually over worked and underpaid. So either way, something needs to be done.
