They do gluten free but the entire group will need to eat the same as you. Ring them and ask.

While I'm not sure if they have specifically gluten free options for Hibachi or soy, I know there are quite a few sushi options would be like most sashimi (just the meat, no rice). If you do prefer Hibachi, I'd call and ask about options.
