Does anyone ever help in customer service? They were to cancel an order yet still charged my card and never re-funded the money. Cant get a hold of anyone.

It's hard to get anything done on the phone with them. You would probably need to go there and take care of that.

Go in store for assistance... you may be given a store credit... but I am not sure on that... You can also check with your credit card company on that.... either way they should refund you... better customer service is needed here...
