I am sorry that happend to you Steven I am an auditor and apart of corporate in fact my team will be there tomorrow from 6am to 2pm doing an inventory audit. The manager will be there as well as the retail area manager if you would like to speak to them about the issue you had. I again apologize for the lack of customer service.
Steve the problem is not the customer service it is some clerks do not explain that American Express gift charge or debit cards most likely are not accepted at ARCO stations. They should never treat you disrespectful or humiliate you at all. The clerk should be trained to explain the policy not humiliate you.
When I get a chance I will stop by and let them know. Thank you for your quick response.
