Wednesday Nights are Wingsday where you must buy a ticket in order to get a table downstairs, which is already sold out for June 6th. Looks like food ends around midnight. "Google" Gators Wingsday and their Eventbrite will come up.
They close at 2AM, so probably around midnight. They aren't answering the phone now.
