Not on weekends nor if you purchase fuel, but I haven't seen anyone at the booth in quite a while and I'm there a couple times a week.

If there's no one at the booth, it's free. Weekend's are free. 1st 2 hours are free. If you do service at the shop, it's free.
The last few weeks the ticket machine has not worked and there has not been anyone in the booth... not sure if this is permanent.
