They have a company called Installation Made Easy that places your installation with a local installer. Installation Made Easy is NOT a contractor. The installers are NOT employed by Floor and Decor nor Installation Made Easy. I live outside of Charlotte and they sent out a guy who had been in business for only a year and priced the installation way higher what I ended up paying a company that I found on the internet. Every flooring installer I called was cheaper! Just research the installers well. As for Floor and Decor themselves, they're awesome! Great products at great prices. I love my new wood floors!
