As soon as he gets the email from the state he can come in and check in with a valid drivers license or state id. Also, he can get on the Medical Marijuana Use Registry and log in to see if his recommendation is open. If you have an open reccomendation and the milligrams you are allowed to purchase from a dispensary.
He has to wait. He should get an email from the state and he can use it prior to his licence.
So if his OMMU shows his prescription dosage and "open" reccomendation he can go in after all?
If he was approved by ommu they will send you a email for your temporary card.. You have to have the email.. . You may want to call and check on it because I had a few issues with the image being rejected only to put me off another 2- 3 days.. I called regular and it paid off because I received my faster then some people I know..
