What do you think of a 70 year old, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother which has hated her stomach after having her 1 st child over 50 years ago; and have always wanted a tummy tuck but never could afford it. Is it too late?

I guess my question to you would be... How is your health overall? I was 49 when I got it done and I would do it again. I did not have any issues healing. I was walking around the day after my procedure. Weigh the pros and cons. Then get the opinion of your primary care doctor and the plastic surgeon.

I wouldn't do it. I also think there is age restriction. I would check with the doctor first. I had a tummy tuck at age 40 and it took me 3 weeks to be able to walk good. It took over a month to actually function at 100%. So at age 70 I would be hesitant to have that major surgery for healing purposes only.
