It isn't a main ingredient, however they have sesame oil out for you to use on the counter.
Not exactly sure but when you order, you can write notes on how you want it cooked or whatnot. And if they're confused, they'll ask you directly how you want it. They alwayd get my order perfectly and just the way i want it
