There are two different doctors. I see Dr. Millington and she's great. They will go by your previous doctors appointments and pharmacy records. She's very by the book.

They go by what has worked for you in the past as long as it isn't something really really strong that the DEA isn't really hard on them for prescribing. And your records with other doctors in the past you have seen.
