The walkways, restaurant and gift shop are, which would allow you to see the statues up close and ring the gong 3 times (a must do). There is a lot of grassy area in the middle that may be a challenge but not neccesary to cross. Go for it, well woth the trip!
Generally speaking, yes. Much of the property is unpaved, so getting around on the turf could be a challenge. But if you are going to services on Sunday morning, there is wheelchair parking and it's a straight shot to the ramp up to the worship hall. Getting to the restrooms might require a little help. They are in the process of redoing them, though.
I think so. Call just in case. It is such a large beautiful area with beautiful gardens and open spaces.
