I visited the Mansfield, TX store and had a complaint about the french fries. I took my issue to a shift manager who said the sizes of each piece was not consistent. I said to him that customer should not be served 1/2" to 3/4" pieces (and smaller)

Not sure if serious, but you cant expect them to go through every batch of fries and remove the smaller pieces. It is fast food after all. If you dont want em, leave em at the bottom of the fry cup.

Sorry, i typically don't take french fry size and shape into consideration when consuming them. I'm more concerned about the quantity and the taste!

In N outs fries are natural, real food. They are NOT pressed into shape as some fast food places have done. Neither are they coated with a spray as some have admitted to doing.

i learned several years ago that foodservice providers do purchase per standards. Mc Donalds is one. At the very least Management is (should be) converned about customer satisfaction and be empowered to satisfy. I observed service of. fries much more appealing.
