We DID go to the other nearby McD--friendly fast service!
Went there last night....sat in line in the drive thru for 5 minutes. Nobody moved. Nobody was talking on the speaker. Pulled up to window and was informed by the staff that there was only 2 people in the kitchen and that due to that they were not taking orders.
Probably because they don't have a good manager or supervisor at that time. Just write the a review, not a question, and if you want to make it formal write directly to McDonald's with a formal complaint.
