With a high risk pregnancy the daughter will have to stay one week prior to cesarean then 4 weeks after the baby's birth.. Will someone have to be with her the entire time? We live about 12 hours North

Ask your doctor for advice. May depend on the reason why it's considered high risk pregnancy.

I would recommend having someone there before. Post discharge would probably depends on doctor's orders.
