I am underaged and I have my mom's permission to get a tattoo. Will I be able to walk in with my mom to get the tattoo? What hoops do I have to jump through to get a tattoo underaged with parental consent?

16 years old is the minimum age you must be to get tattooed with parental consent. You have to come in with your parent/legal guardian. There will be a form for them to fill out and one for you. Both of you must bring ID. If your last names are not the same they will need to see your birth certificate.
