I have four clients coming to you Thursday am for the PCR test required for Peru. They are leaving at 8am on Saturday. Will they get the results back by Friday? How will the results be sent that they can be confirmed by the airline?

Yes, they can. Just tell the sampling person the travel date and they can rush for it.
Leave phone number and email. They can get email when the reports are finalized.
