Vow Renewal licenses at the courthouse are optional to get. They are more of a keepsake. You don't need any type of certificate to get a vow renewal anywhere in Las Vegas, since you aren't changing your marital status.
No and in fact renewal licenses weren't available until just recently. They are unnecessary but a sweet way to remember the day.
