Yes you can. Some concerts have photography and filming forbidden. But most concerts it's no big deal.. tonight's concert is ok to record

I had no issues with videos and photos through the casino bars and restaurants. But the venue shows and concerts in the auditoriums i could not shoot video or photos. I guess it depends on the event, they usually announce it.
