Standard bar service, signature cocktail is their caipirinha, which is great. Rodizio style means they bring the barbeque meat tableside on a spit and carve off a piece for you. You get a little coaster, one side is red the other green; if you don't want any more meat just turn it to red, then back to green when you are ready for more. They also have a terrific salad bar and bring you side dishes as well. I have been here many times and love it. Bring a good appetite, you will not leave hungry!
The food and salad bar are great! Don't fill up on the salad bar because there will be nonstop meat coming to your table. I advise not to buy any alcoholic beverages for it's mediocre at best and expensive- 2 signature drinks and 2 servings of a so called "after dinner" wine ran me $50+ so you are better off with a soft drink or water. Besides that, eat to your heart's content.
