The store opens at 7 a.m. and I went to the store at 7:20a.m. the store was closed. The store not open at 7 a.m. or the people who works there are irresponsible.

Irresponsible. If the door says 7 a.m. it should be open!!

A store should always keep its publisher hours open otherwise people can't plan their day.

Things happen and people have emergencies that you can't sometimes avoid, so they opened late ... SO WHAT??? We've all been late to work once or twice. That doesn't mean the staff isn't terrific. I love this store, been shopping here for 12 yrs plus. I get delivery all the time. Never had an issue. The delivery man even brings up (to the 3rd floor) my 3 cases of water without hesitation.
